Hideaway Policies
- No Smoking / No Pets
- 50% payment due at time of reservation / 50% due within 14 Days of rental
- Reservations of less than 4 Nights accepted only within 14 Days of rental, add $100 cleaning fee
Detailed Policies
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (winter); 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (summer). For late arrivals, please notify our office of your estimated time of arrival. We will then give you instructions for picking up keys and directions.
CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 a.m. Please be courteous to guests preceding and following you by honoring the check-in/check-out times.
PHONE / DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Upon check-in, guest will be required to leave a signed credit card imprint as a security deposit for the property. In lieu of a credit care, guest will be asked to leave a $500 cash deposit. This will be returned 10 days after the departure. Guest is liable for any damages to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment and household items therein which occur during guest�s occupancy.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS A deposit equal to half the nights is required to guarantee your reservation.
If written notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival, clients will receive a full refund less $25 per person handling fee and less the $50 reservation deposit. If a reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all payments received will be forfeited.
Guest Deposits will be placed in an interest bearing escrow account. Rocky Mountain Properties, LLC shall be entitled to all interest earned.
SUMMER SEASON - FOR ARRIVALS MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31 Final payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Rocky Mountain Propertiesreserves the right to charge the balance due on your credit card unless instructed otherwise by you. If canceled prior to fourteen (14) days of arrival, you will forfeit a 25 dollar handling fee. If canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival, all monies are not refundable.

Holiday Season = 7 nights
Regular Season = 5 nights
Nightly minimums are as stated. Holiday and Regular stays less than the minimum nights can be booked within 21 days of arrival. The minimum stay is 3 nights within 21 days of arrival. There is a $100 cleaning fee to a stay of 3 nights.
SPECIAL REQUESTS All of our properties are owned by individuals who furnish their unit according to their own personal tastes and family needs. Although we make every effort to please our guests, we cannot guarantee special requests, such as bed configurations or views.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (available only during the ski season)
We are often asked if we think travel insurance is a good idea. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. Illness can strike unexpectedly and cause you to cancel your vacation. So we recommend that you protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances by purchasing travel insurance. If nothing else, being insured gives you peace of mind, which makes looking forward to your trip more enjoyable. Travel insurance will be added to your reservation at a rate of 6%. You have until your final payment to accept or decline the travel insurance.
CLEANING SERVICES Cleaning of your property is done prior to your arrival and after your departure. If you would like an additional cleaning during you stay, you must notify our office prior to your arrival. Services such as Hot Tub Cleaning and Snow Removal or Landscape Maintenance may occur during your stay as part of our regular maintenance program.
